Keep media in browser storage

When enabled, Cinejma copies imported media into private browser storage in the background, using extra disk space so projects can reopen without the original file permission. When disabled, only file references are saved. Firefox usually requires selecting the original files again after reload; Chrome may restore access automatically, ask permission for files in separate groups, or require manual relinking depending on its file permission setting. If media shows Offline, choose Relink and select the original files. Stored copies remain local to this browser and website.

FPS changes the project frame grid without moving existing edits. Image duration applies only to newly added timeline clips.
